Merits of prostrating on the soil of Imam Hussain(as)'s grave.

Man La Yahdhuruhul Faqih

وقال عليه السلام : " السجود على طين قبر الحسين عليه السلام ينور إلى الأرض
السابعة


And (Imam al Sadiq(as)) said: "The prostration upon soil of Imam Hussain(as)'s grave enlightens (spreads light) till the seventh earth."

    If You are having Sketches built on the Clay, or names written on it, on which you are doing prostration, what about that? especially when other muslims think that you are bowing before these sketches or names.

    If the sketches are of living things then as per ahadith we should avoid having images of living things in the prayer room. Therefore it would be better to turn the turbah(sajdagah) upside down so that the images aren't visible.

    As for having names, or images of non living objects, although it's not in itself a problem but since you said people are thinking that you're bowing to the sketches/names, therefore you should avoid it. This is because ahadith tell us to act in such a way in front of the mukhalifeen(the non shias) that they can't pick a fault in us and are impressed.
