Man la Yahdhuruhul Faqih by Shaikh Sadqu (ra), Volume 3, Page 302
وسأل العلاء بن رزين أباعبدالله عليه السلام عن جمهور الناس، فقال: هم اليوم أهل هدنة ترد ضالتهم، وتؤدى أمانتهم، وتحقن دماؤهم، وتجوز مناكحتهم وموارثتهم في هذا الحال
And al 'Ala' b. Razeen asked Aba Abdullah(as) about majority of the people (i.e. the non shias), so Imam(as) said: "They at present are people of truce/ceasefire. Their lost things are returned, their amanahs(trusts) are performed, their bloods are spared, nikah with them and their inheritance is halal in the present."

روى الصدوق عطر الله مرقده في الصحيح عن العلاء بن رزين (أنه سأل أبا جعفر عليه السلام عن جمهور الناس، فقال: هم اليوم أهل هدنة ترد ضالتهم وتؤدى أمانتهم ونجوز مناكحتهم وموارثتهم في هذا الحال
Shaikh Sadooq (ra), may Allah (swt) fill his shrine with the fragrance of atar (natural perfume), reported a sahih hadith from al 'Ala' b. Razeen that he asked abu Ja'far (as) about majority of the people (i.e. the non shias), so Imam(as) said: "They at present are people of truce/ceasefire. Their lost things are
returned, their amanahs(trusts) are performed,
and we permit nikah with them and their inheritance in the present."

Muhammad b. Ali b. al Hussain by his isnad (chains of narrators) from al 'Ala' b. Razeen that he asked abu Ja'far (as) about majority of the people (i.e. the non shias), so Imam(as) said: "They at present are people of truce/ceasefire. Their lost things are

What is the opinion of Imams (as) on the Prohibition of the curse (fatwa : Khamanei) ?

ReplyDeleteThe Imams(as) forbid us from cursing their(as) enemies and oppressors in PUBLIC. They ordered us to observe taqiyya, especially during ghayba, and whoever abandons this is disobeying the Imams(as). I've not seen Khamenei's fatwa therefore can not accurately comment on that, but in case it forbids cursing the enemies of ahlulbayt(as) in PUBLIC then it's OK.
That said, privately and in our hearts we MUST HATE the enemies of ahlulbayt. You may find this hadith(see link below) interesting in this regards.

Can you explain me the rules (Shurut al-Taqiyyah) on Taqiyyah.
Can you also tell me if your blog dosnt go against our Aimah based on our Ahadith of not telling everything of our madhab to everyone, not showing our religion to everyone, being in constant taqiyyah.
