Qunoot recitation in non Arabic.

Man la yahdhuruhul faqih

وروى عنه زرارة أنه قال : " القنوت في كل الصلوات " .
وذكر شيخنا محمد بن الحسن بن أحمد بن الوليد رضي الله عنه عن سعد بن عبد الله
أنه كان يقول : لا يجوز الدعاء في القنوت بالفارسية ، وكان محمد بن الحسن الصفار يقول
إنه يجوز ، والذي أقول به إنه يجوز : 

   لقول أبي جعفر الثاني عليه السلام: لا بأس أن يتكلم الرجل في صلاة الفريضة بكل شئ يناجي به ربه عز وجل

And it's narrated from Zurarah who said: "The qunoot (is) in all the prayers."
And mentioned our Shaikh, Muhammad b. al Hasan b. Ahmad b. al Waleed(ra) from Saa'd b. Abdullah who would say: "Not valid is the du'a(suppplication) in the qunoot in Farsi, and Muhammad b. al Hasan al Saffar would say: "It's valid, and which I(Shaikh Sadooq) say(prefer) the one (that says) it's valid(to say qunoot in Farsi) as per the saying of Imam Abi Ja'far the second(as) "No problem in that the man talks in obligatory prayer about anything invoking/suppicating through his lord (in qunoot)."

Kafi

محمد بن يحيى، عن أحمد بن محمد، عن الحسين بن سعيد، عن فضالة بن أيوب عن أبان، عن إسماعيل بن الفضل قال: سألت أبا عبدالله (عليه السلام) عن القنوت وما يقال فيه، فقال: ما قضى الله على لسانك ولا أعلم له شيئا موقتا

Muhammad b. Yahya, from Ahmad b. Muhammad, from al Hussain b. Sa'eed, from Fudhalah b. Ayyub, from Aban, from Isma'eel b. al Fadhal said: (I) asked Aba Abdullah(as) about the qunoot and what to say in it? (Imam(as)) said: Whatever's decreed by (the grace of) Allah(swt) upon the tongue and I don't know nothing particular/specific(to be fixed for qunoot).
