Answer to the desperate lie of the sunni/wahabi scholar

In the above video, the desperate sunni/wahabi scholar lied that shias deem homosexuality to be halal. For 'proof', he selectively read out a small part of a narration from Rijal Kashi showing that Muhammad ibn Nusayr al Numairi used to engage in homo acts. So who was Muhammad ibn Nusayr, was he/is he an important/respected figure in imami shiaism?

قال أبو عمرو: وقالت فرقة بنبوة محمد بن نصير النميري، وذلك أنه ادعى أنه نبي رسول، وأن علي بن محمد العسكري عليه السلام أرسله، وكان يقول بالتناسخ والغلو في أبي الحسن عليه السلام، ويقول فيه بالربوبية ويقول: باباحة المحارم، ويحلل نكاح الرجال بعضهم بعضا في أدبارهم ويقول أنه من الفاعل والمفعول به أحد الشهوات والطيبات، وأن الله لم يحرم شيئا من ذلك. وكان محمد بن موسى بن الحسن بن فرات يقوي أسبابه ويعضده، وذكر أنه رأى بعض الناس محمد بن نصير عيانا، وغلام له على ظهره، وأنه عاتبه على ذلك، فقال: ان هذا من اللذات وهو من التواضع لله وترك التجبر، وافترق الناس فيه وبعده فرقا

Said Abu Amru (Allama Kashi): And professed a sect by prophet hood of Muhammad b.Nusayr al Numairi, and that it claimed that he’s Prophet  and messenger, and that Ali b. Muhammad al Askari(as) sent him(as messenger), and he would profess (the belief) of reincarnation/transfer of soul and ghulu in Abi al Hasan(as), and would profess(advocate the belief) in (Ali(as)’s) divinity and say(advocate things such as): Declare Haram acts halal, and declare halal men having sex with each other in the back and say that it is among the actor and the acted upon with one of the lusts and pure things, and that Allah(swt) doesn’t make haram things from that, and Muhammad b. Musa b. Al Hasan b. Al Furat was powering him with his resources and spreading it (his ideology), and he mentioned that some people saw Muhammad b. Nusayr openly, and slave of his upon his back, and that he (they) reprimanded him on that, so he said:  Indeed this is among the pleasures and from(ways to achieve) humility to Allah(swt) and leaving of pride/haughtiness, and the people inside separated(left) after the disagreement.

 

 

So it's clear that Muhammad ibn al Nusayr al Numairi (one of the founding fathers of the deviant nusayri/alevi sect) was an extremist ghali whose sayings/acts have no value for imami shias whatsoever. In fact, even if he was not a ghali, any non retard can see that an action of an individual can not be taken as proof of something being halal or haram. What can one say about the darse nizami curriculum of sunni darul ulooms if their produced muftis don't even possess such basic knowledge.

As for homosexuality in shiaism ,it's explicitly forbidden and our ahadith books contain dedicated chapters stating the punishments for it. I'll just post one.

 روى حماد بن عثمان عن ابى عبدالله عليه السلام قال: قلت له: (رجل اتى رجلا قال: ان كان محصنا فعليه القتل، وان لم يكن محصنا فعليه الحد قلت: فما على المؤتى به؟ قال عليه القتل على كل مإحال محصنا كان او غير محصن

 Narrated Hammad b. Uthman from Abi Abdullah(as) who said: I(narrator) said to him(as): "Man came to (did sodomy with) man." (Imam(as)) said "If he's muhsan(married or has slave girl), he's to be killed, if he's not muhsan then hadd would be implemented on him." I (narrator) said: "So what is upon the one who let the man come/sodomize with him?" (Imam(as)) said: "(He's) to be killed whether he's muhsan or not."

 

It also should be kept in mind that the hanafis (majority sunni madhab) do not have hadd for homosexuality, lol.
