Ali b. Ibrahim from his father from ibn abi Umair from a man from abi Abdullah (as), he (narrator) said: I asked him (as) about the man who is nice to me (but) then he urinates while he is standing? [Imam (as)] said: "No problem with it."

This hadeeth is NOT SaHeeH.
ReplyDeleteابن أبي عمير عن رجل
ابن أبي عمير عن رجل
Both sanads are mursal (disconnected), because we do not know the "man" whom Ibn Abee `Umayr got his hadeeth from. Unfortunately, Al-Majlisi took the maraaseel (pl. mursal) of Ibn Abee `Umayr, this is because Al-Toosi made a statement about Ibn Abee `Umayr narrates ONLY from thiqaat (pl. thiqah) narrators.
This is totally false and untrue. I have made a post on Shiachat where I have listen the Da`eef (weak) narrators who Ibn Abee `Umayr narrates from.

@Nader: Salam,
ReplyDeleteYup, this hadith is not Sahih, Majlisi graded it Muwathaq, lol.
Anyway, from a rijal point of view you have a valid point. Bahboodi also graded it da'eef.
