Correct recitation of ayah of wudhu (ablution)

There have been debates about the recitation of the ayah of wudhu (ablution) in al Qur'an (5:6), whether the alphabet laam of "أرجلكم" should be recited with fathha or kasra, and hence whether the feet should be washed or rubbed with wet hands. Let's see what hadith say:

Tafseer al ayyashi

عن غالب بن الهذيل قال: سألت أبا جعفر عليه السلام عن قول الله: " وامسحوا برؤسكم وأرجلكم الي الكعبين " على الحفض هي ام علي الرفع ؟ فقال: بل هي على الخفض

From Ghalib b. al Hudhail who said: "I asked Aba Ja'far(as) about Allah(swt)'s saying (in Qur'an, 5:6)*:"and lightly rub your heads and (wash) your feet up to the ankles.", it is upon the hafdh (kasra) or upon the raf'a (fathha)? So (Imam(as)) said: "Actually it is upon hafdh (kasra)."
